I’m originally from Oxford, Ohio and a graduate of Miami University. My wife and I moved to Bozeman from San Francisco in 2001. I work with my clients through all areas of real-estate transactions, enabling them to make well-informed decisions. My residential, commercial and recreational real estate experience uniquely positions my clients to achieve their real estate goals. For me, it is about getting to know my clients personally and working creatively to meet their needs. I bring genuineness to my work that my clients appreciate. JIMMY BLACKBURN

Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, my passion for Montana and fly-fishing was sparked during a childhood horseback adventure into the Bob Marshall Wilderness. After college back East and business school in Monterey, California, I spent the next eight years in San Francisco successfully closing sales and developing new business for a handful of technology companies. However, the big city lifestyle eventually grew old, and the occasional fishing/ski trip to Montana just wasn’t enough, so I moved to Bozeman and haven’t looked back. With a strong sales background and an obsession with Montana’s recreational beauty, real estate has proven to be the perfect career. Outside of the office, I’m an avid fly-fisherman, skier, cyclist and spend considerable time in the field every fall hunting upland birds over my English Setters, Forrest & Annie.

I’m originally from Wisconsin and landed in Bozeman in the late 90’s where I went to school for photography at MSU. The draw to wild places like Montana has crossed over to numerous extended expeditions from Patagonia to the Arctic. Inspired by these types of experiences I have launched a study abroad company called Sea State that leads undergraduates on educational journey’s as well as Foster the Earth, a non-profit that introduces foster youth to hiking and backpacking nationwide. As a realtor I strive for honest, clear and positive communication while bringing to life the big picture and drilling down on the details necessary to turn dreams into reality. When I am not looking for homes in Southwest Montana, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons in the wild places Montana has to offer.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, I decided to move to Bozeman after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1999. I moved sight unseen to spend a year out west in Bozeman, Montana. More than two decades later, that decision proved more impactful than ever expected. An avid skier, I was immediately enamored with the endless terrain, beauty and powder. But it was the community that had my roots planted so quickly. In 2005, I began working in both the Bozeman and Big Sky real estate markets. For me, time spent getting to know clients and their vision is paramount. As a result, many have turned into long lasting friendships. My life has taken me into many ventures. In 2012, a 4-year stint in Europe then led me to NYC in the film industry. All the while my roots remained in Bozeman. My spare time is spent outside, traveling and making films in between. I am so grateful to be part of such an authentic, driven and creative team at Altitude.

I was born and raised in rural Northern Michigan and moved west to Livingston in 2005, drawn by the mountains and outdoor lifestyle. My early years in Montana were shaped by climbing, skiing, and working in the trades, where I developed a strong foundation of hands-on skills and practical problem solving.

In 2014, I founded Basecamp Construction, which has since grown into a multi-disciplinary construction and development company employing more than 40 people and building custom homes, multifamily housing, and light commercial projects throughout Park County. That experience has given me a deep understanding of how properties are built, evaluated, and improved over time.

Real estate is a natural extension of my passion for building and land. I enjoy helping clients develop thoughtful plans that align with their goals—whether that’s a legacy property, an investment opportunity, or getting the most value within a defined budget. Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible in the mountains and on the rivers with my wife and stepson.
